Nichols & Comito, LLC recently celebrated their ten-year anniversary of building exquisitely crafted custom homes in Colorado Springs. Together, Larry Nichols and Claude Comito have over 50 years of experience and enjoy the reputation as being the region’s premier custom homebuilder. During the ten-year period, the company has built over 75 homes and won over 40 industry recognition awards. The anniversary was commemorated with a reception for all of the company’s clients from the past decade.
The unusual concept of combining their businesses came about in 1996 with the opportunity to become the builder developer of a high-end residential community called Stratton Preserve. Co-Owner, Larry Nichols states, “Claude and I had been building in most of the same areas for the past 25 years, so we were well aware of the quality of each other’s product. When this opportunity came along, it was a bold move for both of us to combines forces and one that has really paid off. We are very proud of the homes we have built and the communities we have developed together and look forward to many more on the horizon.”
Nichols & Comito build custom homes throughout the Front Range and in their own developments of Stratton Preserve, The Village at Stratton Preserve, and Stratton Pines. New communities currently underway include Star Ranch and Cedar Heights.
